Say which project you want to see. Delta Square (Sector Delta-2) and Delta Square One (Sector Delta-1) are separate projects with different plots and records. Ask the team to confirm the date, arrival window, meeting point and the person meeting you, and which documents will be available to inspect.
If you want to see both projects, say so when booking and allow time to inspect and document each one properly.

Journey times across NCR change with origin, route and traffic. Check live directions to the confirmed meeting point before you set out.
From Noida
Compare the expressway route with local roads at your travel time. The Aqua Line runs from Noida into Greater Noida if you prefer Metro.
From Ghaziabad
Compare road routes through Noida and Greater Noida at your travel time, and allow for peak-hour junctions.
From Gurugram or Faridabad
These are longer cross-NCR journeys. Check expressway, toll and return-time options, and consider a mid-morning slot.
By Metro
The NMRC Aqua Line lists Delta-1, Pari Chowk and Knowledge Park II among its stations. Confirm the last mile to the meeting point.

Send a short requirement note so the team can prepare.
State the format you are considering (retail, office or another format the project's documents support), whether it is for your own business or for investment research, and your approximate size, budget range and timeline. The team can then prepare the right plans and cost sheet.
Do not send passports, bank statements or other sensitive documents in advance. Those belong in a verified process later, if they are needed at all.

The same day, label your photographs by project and note the route you took, how long it actually took, and any unanswered questions. Keep Delta Square and Delta Square One files separate so plans, RERA references, promoter information and prices are never mixed.
Then compare the same fields for every property you are considering: approved use, exact unit, full cost, recurring charges, access and documents.
